These terms are a contract between you and [YOUR NAME / TRADING NAME], trading as WeWin, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). They cover joinwewin.com, the WeWin Discord bot and server, and everything you buy through them. By signing in or making a purchase you agree to these terms. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].

1. What WeWin is (and is not)

WeWin is an information and tracking tool for matched betting: we curate bookmaker welcome offers, suggest suitable matches and odds, read your bet-slip screenshots, and track your progress and profit/loss. We are not a bookmaker or gambling operator: we do not accept bets, hold your betting funds, or place bets for you. All betting happens on third-party bookmaker and exchange sites under their own terms. Nothing on WeWin is financial advice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or over.
• The service is designed for UK residents with access to UK bookmakers. Offers may not be available to you if bookmakers restrict your account or region.
• One WeWin account per person. Creating extra accounts to claim free credits or offers is not allowed.

3. Your account

You sign in with Discord, and your WeWin account is tied to your Discord account. You are responsible for activity on it. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits or paywalls, resell content, or otherwise break these terms.

4. Credits, packs and Pro

• Credits are a virtual balance used to run tools such as screenshot scanning, slip verification and game search. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Booster packs unlock specific bookmaker offers and add credits. If a pack's listed offers are running low we may substitute offers of equal or greater face value, shown to you before purchase. Unlocked offers stay on your account permanently.
• WeWin Pro is a subscription billed by Stripe. Each week it unlocks new offers and tops up your credits as described on the account page, subject to the published cap on unfinished Pro offers. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; Pro benefits continue to the end of the paid period. Offers already unlocked stay yours after cancelling.
• Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices for future purchases at any time.

5. Purchases, cancellation and refunds

Credits and offer unlocks are digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing you agree that delivery starts straight away and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day cooling-off right once the content is delivered (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described. If something goes wrong with a purchase — for example you were charged but nothing was granted — contact us and we will put it right or refund you.

6. Betting risk

• Matched betting is not risk-free. Odds move, bets can be settled in unexpected ways, and mistakes (yours or a bookmaker's) can cause losses. You bet at your own risk and are responsible for every bet you place.
• We check offer terms when we curate them, but bookmakers change or withdraw offers without notice. The bookmaker's own terms always take precedence over our summaries.
• Bookmakers may limit, restrict or close accounts that use promotions systematically. That is between you and the bookmaker.
• We do not guarantee any level of profit.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy or redistribute WeWin content (including offer lists and match suggestions), reverse-engineer the service, use it for anything unlawful, or interfere with other users. Discord's own terms also apply inside the server.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep WeWin running smoothly but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features, offer catalogues and pricing over time. If we ever shut the service down we will give reasonable notice and stop taking new payments.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability we cannot limit by law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for betting losses, bookmaker decisions, or loss of profit, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also use your local courts).
